JOB PURPOSES

To lead and manage the sale teams, drive sale growth, and achieve revenue target.

WORKING DAYS & HOURS

  • Monday to Friday: 8 am – 12 pm & 1 pm – 5 pm
  • Saturday: 8 am – 12 pm & 1 pm – 4 pm

Duties

  • Sales Strategy and Team Management:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Set clear sales targets and performance expectations.
  • Monitor and evaluate daily, monthly, quarterly sales performance.
  • Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Evaluate sales team performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Distribution Channel Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
  • Develop and manage effective distribution channels, retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.
  • Collaborate with distributors and retailers to ensure product availability and visibility.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of distribution channels.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify potential market segments and opportunities.
  • Adjust sales strategies to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales plans for different product lines and target markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biz administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
