JOB PURPOSES
To lead and manage the sale teams, drive sale growth, and achieve revenue target.
WORKING DAYS & HOURS
- Monday to Friday: 8 am – 12 pm & 1 pm – 5 pm
- Saturday: 8 am – 12 pm & 1 pm – 4 pm

Duties
- Sales Strategy and Team Management:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Set clear sales targets and performance expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate daily, monthly, quarterly sales performance.
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Evaluate sales team performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Distribution Channel Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
- Develop and manage effective distribution channels, retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.
- Collaborate with distributors and retailers to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of distribution channels.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify potential market segments and opportunities.
- Adjust sales strategies to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales plans for different product lines and target markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biz administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
