Job Summary:

A System Integration Solution Engineer Supervisor plans, coordinates, and supervises the activities of a team of System Integration Engineers.
They ensure that all integrated systems are designed, implemented, and maintained according to project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

– Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of system integration engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
– Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of system integrations.
– Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations.
– Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members adhere to safety guidelines.
– Resource Management: Optimize the use of manpower and resources to complete projects efficiently.
– Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve integration issues to maintain system performance.
– Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
– Training: Provide training and mentorship to engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
– Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

– Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
– Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Systems Integration or Software Development, with at least 2 years in a Supervisory role.
– Skills: Strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
– Certifications: Optional certifications from recognized professional organizations can enhance job prospects.
– Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, proficiency with hand and power tools, and basic computer skills.
