Job offer: Laundry Service Technician

Main Job and Responsibility:

– Responsible for maintaining and repairing printers, copiers, and other imaging devices.
– Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, install and configure printers, update drivers, provide technical support to end-users, and keep track of inventory and maintenance schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

– Perform Regular Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of laundry equipment to identify potential issues.
– Preventive Maintenance: Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to keep machines running smoothly.
– Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in laundry equipment.
– Order Parts and Supplies: Source and order necessary parts and supplies for repairs.
– Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
– Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
– Minimize Downtime: Work closely with the operations team to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operation.
– Training: Provide training to staff on proper equipment use and basic maintenance.
– Emergency Repairs: Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
– Clean Work Area: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
– Monitor Performance: Monitor equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements.
– Collaborate with Vendors: Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed.
– Stay Updated: Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.

Qualifications:

– Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
– Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
– Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
– Certifications: Optional certifications from recognized professional organizations can enhance job prospects.
– Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, proficiency with hand and power tools, and basic computer skills.
