Position Overview:
– We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant After-Sales and Service Manager to support our after-sales and service team.
– This individual will assist the After-Sales and Service Manager in overseeing post-purchase support activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Support Management: Assist the After-Sales and Service Manager in leading and managing the service team.
– Customer Support: Provide support in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
– Service Coordination: Help coordinate service activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and customer follow-ups.
– Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and service performance metrics.
– Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing corrective actions.
– Training Support: Assist in training and developing service team members to enhance their skills and performance.
– Inventory Management: Monitor and manage service-related inventory, ensuring availability of necessary tools and parts.
– Reporting: Prepare regular reports on service activities and performance for review by the After-Sales and Service Manager.
– Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
– Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
– Experience: Previous experience in a Customer Service or After-Sales role is preferred.
– Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Attitude: Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
