Job offer: Preschool Teacher (1 Position)

In 2022, Crestar Education Group officially entered the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in August 2024, we are proud to launch our first overseas international school, TG International School, as well as Kinderland International Preschool, in Phnom Penh. 

Working hour: Monday to Friday

Duties

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in young children.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and play.
• Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Provide basic care for children, such as feeding, diapering, and rest.
• Assess and monitor each child’s progress and development, providing feedback to parents.
• Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create a cohesive and enriching learning environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, managing materials and supplies.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns.
• Demonstrate warmth, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Have a strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in early childhood education.
• Assisting Supervisors / Heads in any projects or tasks in relation to school goals and objectives.
• Participating in all School events.

Requirements

• Major in early years education
• Licensed Teacher
• Minimum Teaching Experience:2 years of teaching experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player and solution-oriented
• Positive and professional outlook
• High sense of responsibility
