Job Description:

Inventory Management:
– Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse.
– Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock accuracy.

Order Fulfillment:
– Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipment of orders.
– Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to streamline inbound and outbound deliveries.

Operational Efficiency:
– Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
– Implement and monitor warehouse safety procedures and compliance with industry standards.

Data Management:
– Maintain accurate records of stock levels, delivery notes, and invoices.
– Use warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory and workflow.

Team Collaboration:
– Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
– Liaise with the procurement and supply chain teams to address stock discrepancies or forecast needs.

Quality Control:
– Inspect incoming goods for quality and compliance with specifications.
– Ensure proper handling and storage to maintain product integrity.

Job Requirement:

– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
– Familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and spoken).
– Understanding of Incoterms and international shipping regulations.
– Knowledge of workplace safety and hazardous materials handling is a plus.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
– Ability to lift and move heavy packages as required.
– Comfort with working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
