Duties:
– Manage full set of Human Resource Work
– Manage full set of Administration Work
– Manage full set of IT Work
– Task managing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) streamlining project
– Project management especially schedule management.
– Fostering a safe and comfortable work environment
– Managing employee relations
– Handling disciplinary needs
– Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
– Supporting employee development
– Be an HR & Compliance Officer to join all compliance meetings at Regional Headquarters (RHQ)
– Be an ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Champion and be a representative of the company to join all ESG activities held by Regional Headquarters (RHQ)
– Handle and work communication with Overseas Groups, Regional Headquarters (RHQ), and Global Headquarters (GHQ)
– Prepare work permit books for all foreigners and local staff.
– Arrange transportation/accommodation for all staff & management
– Do every task assigned by MD and requested by all staff
– Keep all confidential & important file
– Prepare all Admin letter
– Supply stationery to every department & branch
– Solve HR & Admin problem for every department & branch
– Be a company secretary for dealing with IT company/legal Firm
Requirements:
– Have experiences in the Human Resource and Administration Field
– Have high management skill
– Good communication and can work under pressure
– Mind trying to apply new ways, and new methods continuously
– Active mind not working passively
– Fluent and good skills in writing and reading in English
– Computer skills in MS. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Ms. Team, and Ms. Outlook.
Salary
There is one month's bonus after 1 year- Salary is net
