Returning migrant workers themselves are “the human capital” who bringing new ideas, experience and business skills and are therefore expected to contribute to the modernization of developing countries.

We, CRMW (Center of Reintegration Migrant Worker), aim to provide vocational training and entrepreneurship related education necessary for the job market so that Cambodians who have returned from working in Korea can get better job opportunities in Cambodia.

We are looking for a passionate and creative  Assistant Manager of Operations & Services department to join our team in Phnom Penh. In this role, you will be responsible for all administrative tasks related to the operations and services of our center. In particular, building a database through in-depth interviews on student’s careers and skills will also be an important task.  

Duties

  • Establish and maintain efficient office systems within the administrative office of reintegration center, including manual and computerized information
  • Draft and type correspondence, reports and other documents for the Director
  • Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings to relevant people
  • Facilitate in organizing the reintegration center’s events
  • Apply the rules described in the Student conduct and Discipline Handbook
  • Build a database by identifying student’s specialties, careers, wills, etc.
  • Make and process administrative document for other departments
  • Issue and support of documents relating to career certificates and education certificates
  • Provide career counselling including employment information linkage, networking, job search and strengthening students’ employment skills.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of CRMW

Requirements

  • BA, Masters or equivalent qualification
  • At least 4 years work experience in a similar position
  • Computer skills: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Khmer, Korean language an advantage
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Very good networking skills to facilitate collaboration to achieve objectives
