Job offer: Finance Manager

Kent Ridge International School (KIS) was established with the aim of becoming a school of scholars by nurturing young generation to be potential human resources which are full of knowledge and uphold integrity. Our school provides educational services from kindergarten to Grade 12, and our programs consist of Singapore curriculum aligned with the latest Ministry of Education (MOE) Singapore syllabus and Cambodian curriculum recognized by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, Cambodia. Currently, we are looking for a dynamic candidate who is interested in contributing to the field of education by becoming a part of our dynamic team.

Working Hour :

•  8:00 am – 5:00 pm from Monday – Friday
• 8:00 am – 12:00 pm on Saturday

Salary : Competitive benefit package based on performance

Report to : School Director

Duties

• Supervise AR team to ensure on-time and correct revenue collection.
• Manage AP and petty cash.
• Lead the finance team to prepare the monthly financial report.
• Supervise procurement team to source for quality goods with competitive price and payment term.
• Verify the tax documents from tax agents.
• Supervise and audit stock/inventory.
• Liaise with other departments to get the work done efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Take initiative to lead the finance team to achieve sustainable financial status for the school.
• Assist the work assigned by the direct supervisor and/or school’s management team.

Requirements

• Hold at least a bachelor degree of accounting and/or equivalent degrees related to the required job scope.
• Have at least 2 years progressive working experience for the required responsibilities above. Having experience working at the international school is an advantage.
• Be honest, possess the mindset to get thing done and be diligent.
• Possess management skill in leading the team to achieve the company’s goals.
• Can communicate in English and Khmer in both writing and speaking effectively to get the job done.
