About Quality Assurance Coordinator

The role is responsible for developing and implementing education and school quality assurance framework including assessment framework, and standard test (test bank) and conducting internal assessment such as mock test or any standard tests across CCF schools. The incumbent conducts regular evaluation to the school program implementation and internal quality assurance across CCF schools and comes up with report and recommendations for improvement. In addition, he/she provides coaching, training and support to the school management team, subject leaders and teachers to successfully implement the assessment and quality assurance frameworks. The position works with stakeholder to co-lead the classroom action research to help enforce new concepts of teaching and learning that improve students' learning outcomes.

Duties
- Lead the development of the comprehensive education and School Quality Assurance Framework focusing on the coherence of a school’s system and performance.
- Administer mock test and assist the test design for monthly, every semester and any school competitions to improve and strengthen learning quality;
- Develop a test bank for all subjects with the support of school subject leaders.
- Collect, record and analyze different types of data on aspects of students’ performance and provide comprehensive regular quality assurance reports of students to the school and education management teams.
- Analyze and compare the results of students with PISA-D, Literacy and Numeracy Standard, Local and International Competition and report to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist and assess the development and implementation of co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Co-lead in classroom action research to help enforce new concepts of teaching and learning that improve students' learning outcomes;
- Assess the teaching and learning quality in the classrooms;
- Support in design the new curriculum and materials which aims at meeting the demand of all stakeholders with competitively educational quality;
- Support in reviewing the existing programs to know how they are implemented and evaluate the academic leadership and management in a purpose of ensuring the learning and teaching outputs;
- Conduct six months or annual internal quality assurance to all schools in CCF;
- In accordance with School Curriculum Blueprint, monitors and evaluates whole school performance including its quality of teaching and learning, school environment, management of resources and ways of promoting inclusive teaching practices.
Requirements
- Ethical and able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work;
- Bachelor degree of Education field;
- Certificate of pedagogy in any of Science subject;
- 3 years of professional experiences in school quality assurance and assessment;
- Experiences in designing formative and summative assessment; familiar with international test standards or PISA-D;
- Experience of working in curriculum and pedagogy development in school setting;
- Knowledge & skills of school quality assurance and assessment;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including willingness and ability to positively engage with diverse stakeholder at all levels;
- Proficient in reading, writing and speaking in English;
- Good at ICT Skills;
- Be honest, trustworthy, patient, respectful and helpful;
- High compassion and commitment to work with our community and children from a difficult background;
