Position Level: Associate

Report to: Immigration Specialist

Pay scale: $US 250 - $US 400 (with SPECIAL bonus and SPECIAL benefits)

Duties

• Meet and consult customers applying for employment-based visa (eb), including eb3, to ensure each customer comprehends the benefits, timeframe, risks, and arrangement prerequisites
• Carefully collect and keep safe all essential customer documents for each case
• Vigorously track the progress of each application, solve any issue immediately, and communicate the information/developments with customers
• Provide information to customers with respect, empathy, flexibility, and clarity
• Ensure total privacy and confidentiality of customers’ information and provide after-service support
• Endure all information to the customers is up to date and verified to be accurate and true, and routinely get updates from relevant team members and online sources for the latest information
• Maintain good relationships with customers, record interactions, used services, data of clients in the database and platform
• Address all complaints, doubts, uncertainties, and misinformation from external sources with care

Requirements

• Be at least a university student and have at least moderately good english proficiency
• Have some experience in visa case consultation, customer service, communication, or sales
• Have a friendly inviting persona and problem-solving mindset
• Be courageous to take on feedback and suggestions and be receptive to positive changes
• Be familiar with general office applications (mainly word, outlook, pdf…)
• Have existing knowledge about the u.s. (a big plus)
