Job Presentation
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Directly reports to : Executive Digital Marketing-OTC
Location : Mega-Cambodia
Revision Date: 01st March 2024
Implement Date: 19th March 2024
Duties
- Liaising with Departments to determine their requirements
- Managing design, print and production
- Briefing and advising marketing teams on design style, format, print production and timescales
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
- Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
- Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality
- Continuously expand and enhance design skills and knowledge by staying updated on new design techniques, software updates, and emerging design trends.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and delivering designs within established deadlines.
- Maintain a portfolio of design work to showcase creativity, skillset, and versatility.
- Other task assigned by Executive-Digital Marketing-OTC
Requirements
- Required Qualification
- Associate's degree in graphic design or Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design
- 3-5 years work experience
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere

- Graphic Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or equivalent tools.

- Strategic Thinking: Capacity to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines, and apply strategic thinking to design projects to achieve marketing goals.
