Job offer: Sales Supervisor

We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

Duties

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility.
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
• Provide reports to top management like sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers’ on-boarded reports.
• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activation.
• Evaluate the performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the team’s performance.
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Meet all sales quotas and goals, assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.
• Assist the line manager to recruit, training and retaining a competent sales team.
• Another task assigns by Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing/Sales or other related fields
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly collaborate, team player, positive attitude
• Well-presented and attractive personality
• Strong organization skill and multitask
