Job Presentation
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
A Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) is the highest-ranking executive in a Group of companies. They are responsible for the overall strategic direction and performance of the Group, and they report to the Group's President.
Duties
- Develop and implement the Group's long-term strategy. This includes setting overall goals and objectives, identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities, and making decisions about resource allocation.
- Manage the Group's portfolio of businesses includes overseeing the performance of each business
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as shareholders, customers, suppliers, government officials, and the media.
- Represent the Group to the external meetings or events.
- Develop and maintain a strong corporate culture. This includes fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Meet with the Group's board of directors on a regular basis to discuss the Group's performance and strategy.
- Travel to different locations to meet with employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Make a summary to propose decision-making to President on major investments, such as new products or services.
- Approve or reject proposals from business units.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and partners.
Requirements
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of the Group's industry and business environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Education:
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior executive position.
- Familiar with Real Estate, Construction, Insurance, Banking, Leasing etc. business is a plus.
