Duties

• Provide cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment during the design phase of construction project.
• Monitor costs throughout the project to ensure it stays within budget.
• Prepare tender documents and contracts for the project.
• Work closely with director of engineering, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the project is cost-effective and meets quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting, preferably in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with contract administration and legal aspects of construction projects.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Khmer.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.
