Job offer: Tour Manager

Duties

• Oversee inbound and outbound operations and staff management.
• Communicate with local and overseas partners to organize group tours.
• Research and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and discounts.
• Prepare quotations, tour itineraries, and update contract rates.
• Promote tour packages and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and collect feedback for management.
• Develop and market new tour packages aimed at target clients.
• Implement strategies to boost sales and achieve targets.
• Maintain relationships with local hoteliers, restaurants, and service providers.
• Handle contracting and negotiations with suppliers and agents.
• Address customer complaints effectively and report them to the General Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, particularly in managing inbound and outbound tours.
• Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound travel markets.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
