Role Overview:

Property supervisor

• Oversee and manage the cleaning and landscaping/greenery maintenance teams to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
• Plan, execute, and monitor daily activities for cleaning and greenery maintenance tasks.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning schedules, ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Manage landscaping activities, including planting, pruning, watering, and pest control, to maintain healthy and visually appealing green spaces.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify cleaning or greenery maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
• Train and mentor team members in proper cleaning techniques and greenery maintenance practices.
• Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies, tools, and gardening equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and organizational policies.
• Report performance metrics and progress to management.
• Handle team rosters, attendance, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree, or related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in cleaning service and landscaping, grounds keeping, or related area, including 1 year in a supervisory capacity
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning and landscaping outdoor tasks if necessary
• Familiarity with Cleaning, landscaping equipment and chemicals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
