**Key Responsibilities**
– Oversee and manage the property management team and the overall operations of the property.
– Coordinate effectively with technical teams to ensure efficient services for residents, proper maintenance of common areas, and the smooth functioning of project facilities.
– Collaborate with the construction team and sales administration during the handover process.
– Ensure the efficient execution of operating procedures across each project, including cleaning, security, waste collection, and maintenance of common areas and facility services.
– Foster and maintain positive relationships with property owners and service providers.
– Ensure timely collection of management fees, communicate necessary information to owners, and enforce adherence to established rules and regulations.
– Monitor and evaluate the performance of internal staff and third-party service providers, including those responsible for cleaning, security, landscaping, safety audits, and repairs.
– Liaise directly with property owners to address on-site practical issues and resolve problems that may require escalation to senior management, ensuring effective communication with communities, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
– Maintain availability on call during out-of-office hours to address emergency incidents.
– Secure the property through contracting with security services, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
– Prepare the annual budget and regularly report on financial performance.
– Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management skill or equivalent degree and certificates related
2. Have experience in property-related work experiences
3. Fluent in Written and Spoken English and Chinese.
4. Have the ability to handle customer complaints and quickly solve the problem
5. Good leadership and Management skills
6. Result-oriented, analytical, flexible, meticulous, and sociable.
7. Hard-working and can work under pressure
8. Kindly and helpful.
