Job Description:
* Oversee and enhance customer service management, both before and following service interactions.
* Develop and implement protocols for effectively addressing customer complaints and managing customer service across various systems, processes, and standards.
* Ensure thorough processing of customer complaints, including resolution efforts, consultation, and providing informed recommendations.
* Collaborate with relevant departments to manage complaints effectively and maintain accurate records of resolutions.
* Assist in organizing the periodic process for apartment returns, including the establishment of return plans and the resolution of any immediate conflicts that may arise.
* Manage sales contracts and prepare comprehensive monthly sales reports, including detailed statistics on sales areas and overall sales volumes.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, and certificates related
2. Have experience in Front Officer, Reception, Customer Service, Administration and Customer Relation Management
3. Fluent in Written and Spoken English and Chinese.
4. Have the ability to handle customer complaints and quickly solve the problem
5. Good leadership and Management skills
6. Result-oriented, analytical, flexible, meticulous, and sociable.
