Job Description:
– Greeting and welcoming the customers
– Manage front office operations such as booking management, mail administration
– Control front office and cashier procedure
– Control and check room status
– Control check-in and out
– Attend to meet with the head office department
– Follow up a weekly complimentary order for in-house long-term guest
– Handle for preparing an accident report.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Management skill or equivalent degree and certificates related
2. Have experience in Front Officer, Reception, Customer Service, Administration and Customer Relation Management
3. Fluent in Written and Spoken English and Chinese.
4. Have the ability to handle customer complaints and quickly solve the problem
5. Good leadership and Management skills
6. Result-oriented, analytical, flexible, meticulous, and sociable.
7. Hard-working and can work under pressure
8. Kindly and helpful.
