Job offer: Sales & Technical Agriculture Executive

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of Companys products to achieve assigned Target
• Provide Technical supports and product knowledge to Farmers, dealers
• Building a network with farmers in the field
• Conducting Technology transfer events e.g. Farmers meetings, seminars etc.
• Identify new potential customers e.g. Farmers, dealers etc.
• Introduce and launch new products to targeted farmers and dealer, wholesalers
• Capable to conduct field trial with analysis
• Work with academia, local government departments to support product registration or endorsement
• Provide monthly update on crop planting, pest situation and market intelligence
• Collect customers feedback on product performance in the field (e.g. Product efficacy, yield. Pests control, product safety etc.) and provide to Sales and R&D team in Thailand
• Capable to work with foreigners, Thailand team

Requirements

• University graduate in Agriculture, Agronomy, crop sciences, crop protection or related Agriculture from university in Cambodia.
• At least 1 year of experience in Crop protection or related Agriculture business, or agriculture academia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Can communicate in Thai and English
• Can stay in Phnom Penh but travel and work in the assigned area (outside Phnom Penh) approx. 75% of working time
• Can work with farmers, dealers /retailers, academia, government officials, Thai team
• Can drive the car with a driving license.
• Capable of working with computer software e.g. Microsoft office, excel worksheet, power point etc.
