Key responsibilities
Manage all data and transactions
Support new technologies to improve efficiency
The establishment of clear and measurable goals and objectives is a must
- Manage the Documentation team in Cambodia
- Produce IOPs for team
- Provide Frequent system & work process training for team
- Monitoring and reporting on team performance
- Ensure Data Integrity and handover to destination & customer in timely manner
- Monitoring Job AR/AP/Profit margin and achieve target percentage tolerance by each month end
- Promote and push data compliance throughout the organisation.
- Engage with Local branches Operation & China/Regional customer success team to ensure job handover and complete all shipping documents in timely manner
- CW work process review & improvement, to achieve an efficiency way, bringing new technology, automation to team
- Supporting new system project

Requirements
- Experience in sea-freight operation and full set shipping documents handling, data management, system usage, training in a global organization.
- Understanding of freight management
- Freight forwarding solution
- Outstanding communication skills across all levels and multi-cultural teams
- Ligentix and Cargowise knowledge
- Microsoft Excel & Teams
- Language skills good business English language is essential.
