Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:
– Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
– Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
– Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
– Design and execute training and development programs.

Workforce Planning:
– Assess staffing needs and create hiring plans.
– Ensure proper scheduling of store staff to meet operational demands.

Compensation & Benefits Administration:
– Handle payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
– Manage employee benefits programs and resolve related queries.

Compliance & Legal:
– Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
– Handle disputes or grievances and liaise with legal entities when necessary.

Administration Management:
– Oversee administrative functions, such as facilities management, inventory of office supplies, and vendor coordination.
– Maintain proper documentation of contracts, licenses, and permits.

Employee Relations:

– Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.
– Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts.

Reporting:
– Provide regular updates to senior management on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, attendance, and productivity.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– A minimum of 3 years of HR and administrative management experience, preferably in the retail sector.

Skills:
– Strong understanding of Cambodian labor laws and HR best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Leadership and team management abilities.
– Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
