Job Duties and Responsibilities:
– Manage store operations and achieve budget sales by adhering to SOP;
– Manage team member performance and development;
– Achieve customer service standards to meet and exceed customers’ expectation;
– Ensure food safety system and its SOP meets statutory requirement;
– Manage shrinkage and out of stock within the company’s benchmark.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
– Minimum 2 or 3 years of Supervision or Management experience in Retails (Store / Market or Supermarket).
– Possess the passion for Retails.
– Possess the passion for working with people and developing them.
– Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills with understanding in English.
– Good skill of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
