Duties:
– Maintain and develop positive business, customer’s relationships, and satisfaction Seeking new customers through Sales calls, researching all connections and network
– Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments including overseas agents
– Preparing the quotation for existing and new customers for Air, Sea, Cross-Border, and related services
– Negotiate with Suppliers, Shipping Lines, Airlines, Suppliers, and all related parties about pricing
– Update monthly reports in a timely manner
– Generate all new opportunities and close in Customer Relation Management System (CRM)
– Keep following up and solve the customer’s complaints
– Ensure all customers are satisfied with our services
– Create/Update customer opportunities in the CRM System
– Ensure smooth operation by working with all related departments
– Working on reports with customers if required
– Follow up on the payment with customers if required
– Other tasks to be assigned by manager/management
Requirements:
– At least 2 years of experience in Sales for the Logistics Industry.
– Must have experience in importing or exporting by Air, Ocean, and Truck.
– Strong ability to communicate effectively and display appropriate behavior.
– Fluent with good writing and reading skills in English.
– Computer skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Salary
There is one month's bonus after 1 year- Salary is net
