Job offer: Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Details:
• Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by targeting potential customers.
• Lead marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, attract new customers, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve set objectives. Lead by example and promote a high-performance sales culture.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns using social media.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Present monthly reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and market analysis, to top management.
• Coordinate with the warehouse supervisor to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
• Negotiate, prepare, and finalize sales contracts in collaboration with customers.
• Perform additional tasks as required by top management.

Job Requirements:
• Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years in Sales of Rolling Equipment (Tricycles, Motorcycles, Cars, Carts, or similar equipment).
• Experience in unrelated sectors such as Food, Cosmetics, or Household products will not be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in team supervision, ability to motivate and drive a sales team to meet targets.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and market data to make informed decisions.
• Good spoken and written English is required. Mandarin is a plus.
• Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Maps, and e-mail communication.
• Extensive professional network in the relevant industry or sector, allowing for quick development of partnership and client relationships.
• Honest, organized, proactive, hard-working, and able to work under pressure.
