JOB DESCRIPTION
– Provide guidance to customers on the facilities in the Mall and where they are
– Help lost children find their way in a safe manner
– Manage lending of character cards and wheelchairs
– Recording and reporting the lost items of customer
– Receive, and keep the found items and also return them to the owner of the lost item according to the policy and procedure of the Mall
– Collect feedback from customers and clients and report to the supervisor
– Helping customers to follow evacuation procedures in the event of evacuation
– Answer the telephone and answer questions professionally
– Using public communication systems to make announcements
– Corporation with another team to ensure the customer gets proper support
– Be professional and courteous at all times and make guests feel welcome
Job Requirement:
A university degree is preferred
– Minimum 1 year’s experience as Customer Service, Receptionist, or Information Counter
– Good command of Khmer and English spoken and written in the formal workplace on a daily basis
– Using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
– Highly committed, strong sense of responsibility, well organized, pro-active, honest, detailed, and compliance
– Good at communication & training skills, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

– Salary (250-290)
– Working hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm) and sometimes (11:00 am – 8:00 pm)
– Working Hours: Rotate schedule based on Roster ( 6-7 days off per month)
