Key responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the daily KPI and activities
• Playing a strategic role and advising top management on probable strategic market
• Responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting budgeting and internal control and staffing for the operations with a view towards increasing productivity and company growth
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance & Logistic forwarding knowledge as well
• Excellent abilities in financial and operations planning are also essential for the role.to prepare weekly sales report and sales order report to Headquarter (Malaysia) for group reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred 2 years in trading in electrical motorbike
• Exceptional leadership, organization and multitasking skills
• Experience in oversea account will be add advantage
• Proficient in English, & Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong multitasking abilities, commitment, and a sense of urgency towards deadlines.
• Experience in trading industry is preferred
• Good interaction skill with overseas personnel & is willing to work in Cambodia
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to complete tasks and solve problems
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as necessary
• Knowledge of automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus
