• Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday (1 day off on rotation basic), 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Duties

• Customer visiting and overdue solving in order to reinforce customers to payment, loan assessment visit onside (Home, Business and wort
• Prepare collection and loan assessment report to management,
• Make appointment with customer and the related person to solve if customers did not payment.
• Confirm and take the photo of house, workplace, Short Screen Google Maps, and business place of customer if needed.
• Communicate with the authority or neighbor for check and collect the customer's information and documents solving.
• Make sure data collection from Field corrected and clear information of arrears solving and loan assessment,
• Complete daily collection or arrears solving and loan assessment report,
• Reported Daily task (Done, Pending and Problem by Team).
• Keep customer's information in confidential safe and security.

Requirements

• At least finish high school or university student in any field.
• Strong commitment with field work.
• Be able to drive a motorbike and must have a driving license for motorbike with engine power more than 125 CC.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good calculation and explanation in number.
• Be able to read and write English.
