We are seeking to attract and develop exceptionally talented and motivated individuals who share our passion for excellence to join our team of professionals for the following positions:
Reporting Structure: Assistant Procurement Manager/ Manager
Duties
- Maintaining and organizing purchase of all goods, services and contracts on a best price / best quality basis, and best service.
- Managing vendor relationships and building effective Procurement partnerships. Ensuring the smooth supply of material, consumables and equipment to the company.
- Benchmarking performance of the Supply Chain.
- Negotiating price and terms of products with suppliers and controlling the purchase and supply of all procured items & services.
- Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contracts.
- Adhering to all company policies with particular regard to accounting procedures. Administering the online purchasing systems.
- Maintaining records & reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve ‘best price/best quality’ purchasing goods ordered received. .
- Preparing & processing requisitions, purchase orders & invoices for purchases. Giving sourcing input to colleagues to aid business planning & development.
- Making recommendations & advising senior management on all purchasing issues. Other job require by Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, administration management Minimum 2 Years of experience in related filed is an advantage Good English Languages Skills for both in written and spoken
- Excellent Computer Skills (Ms Word, Ms Excel, and Internet-Email), and Accounting Software.
- Experience using e-mails for regular formal communications
