Duties

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their unique preferences and requirements.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of luxury destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options.
• Design and curate personalized luxury travel itineraries, incorporating exclusive experiences and amenities.
• Effectively negotiate rates and terms with luxury travel suppliers to secure the best deals for clients.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging luxury travel trends, hidden gems, and off-the-beaten-path experiences.
• Handle travel emergencies or disruptions with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with luxury travel suppliers, industry professionals, and influencers

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Travel Advisor or a similar role in luxury travel.
• Strong understanding of luxury travel market dynamics and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury destinations, accommodations, and activities worldwide.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using travel industry software and technology.
