Job offer: Sales Executive (5 Positions)

MP Villa is a various home development company established since 2021 which provide home flats in the form of Villa for sale with different projects such as Borey Garden Tangov, Tangov House and Borey Tangov since 2011. Now we are expanding our projects so we need some potential candidates to fulfill the following positions:

Work Location:  Prey Beong Village, Kambol

Duties

• Provide clear information of company products and service to all customers
• Promote and sell house.
• Coordinate and solve problem for customers.
• Bring customers to look a model house.
• Warm welcome for all kind of customers and Call follow up customers.
• Help to prepare customer lists, follow up old customers and guidance customers about our project.
• Assist in managing marketing communication channels such as Facebook, Telegram, and other Medias, stay active online.
• Keep communicating with potential customers.
• Assist in implementing sales and market strategies and plans as assigned by supervisor.
• Making weekly sale report and monthly report and project to sale supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Honest, Hardworking, and confident.
• Have experience and knowledge of real estate industry is an advantage.
• Good communication skill, negotiation skills.
