Review Not Up to the expected Omega Standard

My Omega watch buckle's spring needed replacement, but only to be told the whole buckle needed to be replaced. In addition, the technician try to sell me a buckle of another model. Luckily, I didn't proceed and have the watch serviced in Singapore and it's Free Service. I wouldn't return to this place for servicing.
