Review of Diamond Elephant Travel

Do not use this travel agency in Siem Reap. They are rude, condescending and refuse to take any responsibility for their actions. They sold us bus tickets to a bus which never showed up and then we had to spend half an hour arguing with them only to get one of two bus tickets refunded, with them saying they would not refund both tickets as they did not want to take a loss... Seems like a scam and I can't reccommend enough not using them to book your tickets. There are many other travel agents in Siem Reap, use one of them instead.
