I am very surprise that you increase your service fee double and started from October 2014. I call to your staff on October 01, 2014 to disconnect your service. She agree immediately without inform any news to me.
Today, I just know that you have new promotion to keep the same price, 5$ per month, if the client pays for half year. Then I call to your staff to reconnect, she charge me as new client while your cable is still available in my house. I am so surprise. I don't know what marketing are you processing. I decide to do not reconnect. I used your service more than 5 years, since I was in a small rental room until I have my own house.

I would like to share you that your staff is limited in sales, customer service. You should improve them on this.
