Question for CR Zone Pure Drinking Water

I want to know the investment cost and what is the process to apply for licence to operate the mineral water plant in Pailin. Don't take this as competitive, i am only trying to understand the SWAT analysis of this product. Please note i am a foreigner and my core interest of area is Agriculture. So be assure that the information is for knowledge.
