Question for ZTE HK (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.

I want to get my ZTE phone unlocked. I purchased a ZTE z222 in Canada a few years ago but it will not work in Cambodia - locked to a canadian phone company. Can you unlock this phone? I have tried downloading unlocking codes but the codes have 12 digits and the phone is asking for 16 with 10 remaining.
