Job Presentation

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
– Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting account relationships.
– Understand and anticipate account needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

2. Strategic Account Planning:
– Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth targets for each key account.
– Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing key accounts.
– Work closely with accounts to understand their goals, challenges, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Recover lost account in NSSF to ensure having the way to list product in the key account.

3. Revenue Growth and Retention:
– Drive revenue growth and retention within assigned accounts by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
– Collaborate with the sales team to meet account sales targets and forecast account performance.

4. Internal Coordination:
– Price proposal and find new opportunity to ensure win the competitor
– Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product team, operations) to deliver solutions that meet account needs.
– Provide regular updates to internal teams regarding account feedback, potential opportunities, and key performance indicators.
– Act as an advocate for the account within the organization, ensuring alignment with account objectives.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
– Track and report on the performance of each key account, including revenue, profitability, and other key metrics.
– Prepare and present regular performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
– Ensure client issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner, escalating when necessary.

6. Market and Industry Analysis:
– Keep informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities that may impact key accounts.
– Utilize market insights to develop and enhance account strategies.
– Solid plan and strategy to win
– Good customer relationship management
– Recover losing account in NSSF

Salary

Position: Assistant Regulatory Affairs Manager/ Regulatory Affairs Manager is either right based qualification judged by interviewers, so the salary range depends on the capacity and work experiences of the candidates when he/she gets an interview. Benefits and Allowances:-AL: 18 days -SL: 5 days -SPL: 7 days -Insurance: Forte -Seniority pay: follow Govt -Allowance : Yes -NSSF: Yes -Bonus or 13rd months salary: 13th salary is paid in December, Bonus is paid in March or April or May and the rate is based on business performance and personnel performance
