Teuk Saat 1001 (website) is a NGO, established in 2007. Our main mission is to develop and maintain water kiosks in the rural communities to improve the access of safe drinking water in a sustainable manner.
The role of Teuk Saat 1001, besides developing station, is to support the entrepreneurs by providing a range of services such as technical support, monthly water quality monitoring and personalized coaching.
Today, through a network of 1000 entrepreneurs, operating 340 stations, in 18 provinces, O-We (brand of Teuk Saat 1001) is serving, on the daily basis, more than 1,000,000 beneficiaries, including 376,000 children.
Teuk Saat 1001 is the local partner of the French non-profit 1001fontaines. 1001fontaines is also active in Madagascar, Vietnam and Bangladesh.
Teuk Saat 1001 is planning to upgrade and revamp is network, to increase the daily production and impact in the local communities where the infrastructures are in place. We are looking for a new position to support and standardize the development and implementation of the project integrated into the local team.
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Location: Phnom Penh with frequent travel to provinces
Directly report to: Sale Activation Manager
Duties
- Sales Intervention / Opening
- Recruit customers following the objectives provided by TS1001, for operation and project
- Implement action plan and tools, provided by TS1001 to increase sales volume
- Door to door
- Promotion activities
- Communication
- Event activity
- Coach the entrepreneur on site practice
- Conduct meeting with Key Opinion Leaders
- Research and analyses the market survey as competitor or customer satisfaction
- External Communication
- Maintain a strong working relationship with key partners (such as O-We community, local partner)
- Represent the project in relevant forums and meetings
- Be responsible for all communication and liaisons with partners (community level and local authorities) and working with Sale team to provide specific support to them as and when necessary
- Reporting, Communication and Cooperation
- Record sales performance on the sales dashboard, weekly basis and report directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager
- Participate weekly briefings, and monthly meetings, quarterly review meetings to analyze performance/ achievements and take suitable corrective actions to deal the
- Assist the team to do reporting on site opening as well as intervention
- Accounting and Financial Tasks
- Prepare advance request for sale intervention and submit to Sales and Marketing Manager
- Prepare clearance with proofing documents
- Logistic and Administration Tasks
- Prepare administration documents for social marketing activities
- Prepare material needed for the social marketing activities
- Other tasks assigned by Sales Activation Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- 2 years of sales experience.
- Have experience working with the community and strong commitment.
- Good communication skill.
- Be able to drive a Motorbike long distance.
- Age from 23 to 35
- Male only.
