Job offer: Facility Officer ( Mechanical Engineering)

Job Description &

– Utility consumption
– Check & clean panel for PA, FACP
– Follow up maintenance work and control night shift work
– Safety control monthly meeting and submit a report
– Check and maintain water tank, and transfer pump fire pump & booster pump.
– Establish standards and complete implementation of daily inspection for the new system.
– Create an annual maintenance plan and ensure implementation based on tasks division.
– Create a long-term repair plan with a budget and ensure implementation.
– In charge of introducing a new inspection method “thermal sensor confirmation” of the distribution panel and revision of its monthly inspection report.
– Follow up with the admin team for defect work pending to carry on actions or services.
– Create a plan to save energy and develop a strategy for subordinates to achieve it.
– Working on electrical maintenance, especially with EDC (Electricité du Cambodge).

Main Requirements:
-Location: Aeon Mall Mean Chey
-Day off: 8-9 Days per month (Rotate Schedule by Day off)
-Working time: rotating shifts based on schedule ( Morning, afternoon and night shifts)
-Requirement: Able to communicate in English and Computer skills, Mechanical Engineer.
-Budget: 400-550$
-Males, If students graduate from ITC are welcome
