Senior Manager of Global Markets & Trade Department - 01Post.Job Presentation
This position is responsible for leading and supporting Global Markets, Transaction Banking and Trade Finance business to optimize performance, drive revenue growth and enhance client relationships. This position will support the Head of Global Markets & Trade Department in overseeing all markets activities, managing key relationships, and closely work with relevant departments, including corporate business, consumer business, finance, risk, compliance and operations to ensure a cohesive execution of department strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in the related Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration etc.
- Minimum 5 years in banking industry and experience in global markets, transaction banking / trade finance field is required.
- Good at analytical skill and financial analysis.
- Multi-tasking capability, results oriented, displays consistent performance, positive thinker with good attitude, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a dynamic personality with strong interpersonal, problem solving, good communication skills and management skills.
- Sound knowledge of the industry and external environment trends and outlooks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and third language would be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in formulating and executing strategic plans for Global Markets and Trade department.
- Leading a team to provide guidance and support in creating new products, enhancing sales of the products and structuring deals to meet market demands and enhance competitiveness.
- Working closely with relationship managers to enhance cross sell opportunities for global markets and trade business for corporate customers.
- Closely monitoring the performance of global markets and trade products with concrete information and doing insight analysis to identify key development areas and developing key initiatives to drive business to meet the bank’s target.
- Monitoring and coaching the team and implemented the strategy in order to achieve the plan for both individual and team.
- Collaborating with other departments such as risk management, compliance, and legal to ensure alignment with overall organizational objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Overseeing market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the department to ensure informed decision making.
- Other tasks to be assigned by management.
