Job offer: Sale Manager (1 Position)

We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

Location : Head Office, Koh Pich, Phnom Penh

This position is responsible to achieve sale target and leading sales team to achieve company direction & sales strategy. The scope of work includes building business/sale plans, roll-out sales strategies, and driving client implementation projects. This position will also be a key account lead for client engagement programs and business development initiatives. She/he will report to Chief Operations Officer.

Duties

• Lead, plan, develop, and implement sales strategy with team to achieve annual sales target
• Develop a sales pipeline, engage in sales, negotiate, and secure contracts;
• Be proficient in cross-functional management and reporting requirements and processes;
• Able to navigate a large matrix organization and handle ambiguity;
• Actively support sales team and work with internal related departments as to achieve customer satisfactions & expectations
• Lead & Drive client implementation (SOP, Billing, onboarding etc.); and
• Deepening the company’s branding (Industry/Association/Government relations).

Requirements

• At least bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experience in the shipping/logistics environment;
• Knowledge and experience in shipping/logistics management, warehousing and other related services;
• Project management experience – leading teams, mobilizing resources, problem solving, process mapping, managing ambiguity;
• Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships and interact effectively at all levels of seniority;
• Strategic mind, keen sense of observation and street savvy; and
• Ability to understand and apply innovation/new concepts to existing workflow.
