Job Presentation
JACCS is one of the leading company in Japan’s consumer finance sector. JACCS Co., Ltd, started out as provider of monthly installment credit services in Hakodate, Hokkaido, in 1954. Since then, under a founding philosophy that values trust and reliability, JACCS, has continued to expand its business nationwide in Japan and has expanded its business into growth markets in Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia).
In Cambodia, we started our operation in March 2018. We aim to stabilize our operations while solidifying our business foundations and stepping up efforts to expand our business.
Benefit:
- Working Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Sunday and 1 day-off on rotation basic), 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Transportation Allowance: Provided monthly gasoline allowance for traveling from home to work and back home.
- Transportation Gasoline: Provided to Outside Staff for Business’s purpose based on roles and responsibilities.
- Motor Rental: Provided to Outside Staff.

- Seniority payment: 15 days of salary per year (in June and December)
- Contract Type: Unfixed Duration Contract (UDC)
- Health Check-up: Once a year with private hospital (Sunrise Japan Hospital Phnom Penh)
- Overtime: 200% on Public Holiday
- Cell Phone and Phone Card Allowance: Based on company’s policies.
- Staff Loan: Provided to all staffs with low interest rate.
- Motor Insurance: Covered on (Third Party Liability (TPL), Own Damage, and Theft) for Outside Staff.
- Staff Insurance: National Social Security Fund (NSSF) for health and accident.
- Leave Allowance: Annual Leave 18days / year, Sick Leave 6days / year, Special Leave 7days / year, Maternity Leave 90days, Long Sick Leave up to 6 months.
- Covid-19 Leave: Provided paid leave until staff recovers and medical expenses.
Duties
- Digital Platform Management
- Oversee and manage the company’s digital platforms, including Facebook, the corporate website, TikTok, and other relevant channels. Ensure each platform aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and drives engagement effectively.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis
- Continuously monitor the performance of all owned media. Utilize analytics tools to assess metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data-driven analysis.
- Content Calendar Creation and Scheduling
- Develop a monthly content calendar, including posts, stories, and other digital content, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of posts across all platforms. Schedule content in alignment with key events, campaigns, and customer needs.
- Design for Digital and Print Media
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for both digital and print formats, including social media graphics, posters, and other marketing materials. Design assets should align with the company’s brand and meet strategic marketing goals.
- Video Creation and Editing
- Develop short videos and multimedia content to enhance engagement across digital platforms. This includes creating video concepts, shooting, and editing to ensure high-quality, on-brand visual storytelling.
- Monthly Performance Reporting
- Compile and present a detailed performance report every month, showcasing the results of digital marketing efforts, insights on audience behavior, and recommendations for enhancing future campaigns.
- Campaign Development and Seasonal Promotions
- Design and execute engagement campaigns to drive brand interaction, focusing on unique seasonal and event-based opportunities. Create compelling campaigns that resonate with the audience and enhance the company’s reputation.
- Event Support for Brand Promotion
- Support events that require digital promotion to maximize brand awareness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective event coverage and post-event engagement to retain audience interest.
- Customer Behavior Research
- Conduct research into customer behaviors and trends in digital engagement. Analyze data to understand target audience preferences, tailoring content and campaigns to drive improved relevance and impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation, ideally in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong design skills for digital and print media, with a proficiency in video creation and editing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content management tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Data analysis skills (Excel proficiency required).
- Basic conversational Japanese skills are a plus.
