Job offer: Receptionist

We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

Contract:  6 – 12 months, opportunity to renew

Hours:  45 hours per week

Location:  BKK 1, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Duties

• Welcoming clients and registering patients
• Answering the phone, social media messages and email
• Answering customer questions and making bookings
• Using Practice Management software (full training will be provided)
• Translation between English and Khmer
• Administrative tasks, stocktaking, making orders
• Ensuring reception is tidy & well-stocked
• Working with and assisting the other staff members
• Basic accounting and the handling of cash and ABA payments

Requirements

• Must have excellent English and Khmer written & spoken skills
• A friendly & welcoming demeanor
• Team player
• Previous experience in a public-facing role is required
• Chinese language is an asset
• Must have a love for animals and feel comfortable working around cats & dogs
