Job offer: Clinic Manager

We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

Contract:  12 months, opportunity to renew

Hours:  45 hours per week

Location:  BKK1, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and committed Clinic Manager.

Duties

• Organize the day-to-day running of the clinic
• Implement VSL policies as outlined in the Clinic Charter
• Optimizing processes, ensure profitability, and growth
• Assist with managing pet import/exports
• Client complaint management
• Staff management, including reviews, and hiring
• Payroll management
• Solve problems independently
• Regularly report to higher management

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable management role
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address needs autonomously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in all tasks
• Demonstrates a hands-on, can-do attitude
• Solution-oriented with a focus on problem-solving
• Eager to learn
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; Khmer an advantage
• Proven leadership capabilities, including effective delegation and team management
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability
• Passionate about animal welfare
