Smiling Gecko Cambodia (SGC) was officially registered in 2014 as a local non-profit NGO in Cambodia. It provides direct aid in the form of finance and other support to the needy in Cambodia, sponsoring projects that are sustainable both from an ecological and economic standpoint. We created a self-sufficient ecosystem for rural communities in Cambodia including Smiling Gecko Campus and Farmhouse Resort & Spa and The Gong, its state-of-the art “GONG Studio” that is a house for cultural restoration, music and performing arts center.

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager who is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the agribusiness and manufacturing sectors in Smiling Gecko Cambodia. This role involves overseeing the sales team, building and maintaining customer relationships, and managing marketing campaigns to promote the organization's products and services. Sales and Marketing Manager, requires strong leadership, analytical, and excellent communication skills, with a deep understanding of the agribusiness and manufacturing business sectors to ensure sustainable growth.
Duties
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan effectively to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer demands.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders to support business growth and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Plan and execute campaigns that effectively promote the organization’s products and services
- Enhance the company’s reputation and ensure consistent brand representation.
- Manage and support the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Resolve customers complaints and raise the issues to the sales management when necessary
- Optimize sales systems, processes, and tools to improve operational efficiency and achieve better sales outcomes.
- Monitor sales performance, recommend improvements based on performance insights, identify trends, and generate reports for management review.
- Any other tasks assigned by Clustered Operation Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sale, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketingmanagement, experience in agribusiness and manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, creative thinking skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Excellent at problem-solving skill and risk management.
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for marketing management
- Good communication in written and spoken English and Khmer language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook
- Willing to travel to customers sites
