Duties
- Overseeing, announcing, interviewing, selection process, and onboarding activities
- Recording employee’s information in the database, and manage employee’s hanging folders
- Maintaining employee records
- Attending monthly meetings with Child Protection Risk Management
- Assist with Child Protection issues
- Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures
- Assist staff events
- Any other duties as directed by the supervisor
Requirements
- A university degree (preferably in HR/Business Administration)
- Experience in a human resources role (preferred)
- High level of creativity & innovation
- High command of English (both written and spoken)
- Good administrative, organisational and planning ability, with attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills in Word and Excel processing and database usage
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong commitment to professional integrity and ethical conduct
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Proactive personality with positive influence on our people
