Duties
- Provide counselling services on study and visa application to clients
- Provide general administrative support to the Study Abroad Resource Centre
- Ensure that all clients are professionally served and a feedback system is effectively implemented
- Participate in the development and implementation of promotion campaigns and branding strategies
- Assist in event management (e.g. Study Abroad Expos)
- Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements
- A university degree
- Good command of English (IELTS of 5.5 overall band score is preferred)
- Be familiar with Cambodian and International educational systems
- Good computer skills in word processing and database usage
- Flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks)
- Experience in customer service and administrative work is preferred
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning/professional development
- Strong commitment to professional integrity and ethical conduct
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
