Duties
- Sales Leadership:
- Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve individual and company sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for showroom and trading operations.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to the Sales Assistant.
- Actively participate in sales activities, including engaging with customers, closing sales, and promoting products.
- Outbound Sales and Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Conduct outbound calls and schedule client visits to introduce products and services.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential clients by proactively reaching out to new and existing customers.
- Develop and execute strategies for market penetration and expanding customer segments.
- Customer Engagement and Consultations:
- Visit clients at their sites to provide personalized consultations and recommend paint solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Identify customer needs and work collaboratively to deliver tailored solutions.
- Administrative Oversight:
- Ensure accurate processing of customer orders, invoices, and payments.
- Oversee inventory management in coordination with the Sales Team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate sales records, preparing reports for management as required.
- Business Development:
- Identify new customer segments and sales opportunities to expand business.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management or a related role, preferably in the paint, construction, or retail industry.
- Strong outbound sales skills with experience in lead generation and client outreach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Khmer.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consultations and tailored solutions.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite and basic sales-related software.
- A results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
