Duties

• Sales Support:
• Assist customers in selecting the right paint products and solutions to meet their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Khmer, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Promote products and upsell to contribute to sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-store.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Assist with organizing and managing inventory in the showroom.
• Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and other required documents.
• Support showroom operations, including organizing displays and ensuring cleanliness.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Khmer (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (experience in the paint or construction industry is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy (knowledge of inventory and POS systems is an advantage).
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
